About Clever Spray Techniques
Clever Spray Techniques was founded in 2020 by Timothy Gomez, following six years of experience within the SMART repair industry.
After working for a larger company, Tim believed he could offer customers a more personal service by working for himself — focusing not simply on completing as many jobs as possible, but on the quality of the repair and the experience of the customer.
Tim began his career as a trim repair technician, developing specialist skills in interior repair including leather recolouring, dashboard and door-cards, textured bumper repairs, fabric and carpet burns, as well as windscreen chip repairs.
His skills later progressed into vehicle refinishing, initially painting lower valances finished in gloss or matt lacquer. After developing his refinishing techniques and consistently achieving high-quality finishes, he progressed onto larger vehicle panels and continued his training in bodywork, dent and filler repairs, paint refinishing and polishing.
That same attention to detail remains at the heart of Clever Spray Techniques today. Tim takes great pride in every vehicle he works on, always aiming for the best possible finish and refusing to leave a repair that he isn’t personally happy with.
Since starting the business, Clever Spray Techniques has worked with hundreds of customers across Kent, Surrey and London, providing convenient mobile repairs at customers’ homes and workplaces.
